Sponsored Event - Maybe you want to invite other practices to the event.  You arrange the Course, time and venue; and then invite those you desire to attend at the low PD cost of only $97 per doctor and only $67 per staff member.  The sponsor pays the travel costs, meeting room and snacks if desired.
