What is The Focus Experience?
Most doctors just open up shop. Sure, they might have used a boiler-plate business plan to get the loans needed to open the doors, but then the team is hired, the stuff is bought and the patients show up - everything changes.

If you really want to get to The Next Level, you have to get everyone on your team focused to accomplish the responsibilities that will take you there. Because we know how difficult this process is, and why it's so rare, we don't stop here either...
You need to know when you are arriving at your destination. You need a practice GPS that let's you know where you are in relation to the destination. It's what helps keep you on track - focused. For 90 days following your Focus Experience, I am going to check with you and your team weekly to be sure you are focused. Nope, I am not going to stop there either...
After 12 months, we will video conference and assess what has happened over the last 12 months. Not only did you arrive, but what happened.
This process is not for everyone, it's only for those who are absolutely ready to go to the next level.
How and Where?
Depending on the circumstances of the practice, we will determine the best venue for this event. Travis prefers doing this off-site for many reasons, including the ability to Focus and achieve. We will work together to select the proper place given your situation. He prefers using a venue that allows for significant play along with the work. A Disney property or Cruise ship work great!
