Every Great Practice NEEDS a Great Strategy!

Kaizen is a Japanese word meaning Continuous Improvement that became prominent with the rise of Japanese industry following WWII.  Several factors contributed to the success Japan enjoyed, including a focused direction.

The Administrative Excellence Series deals with all kinds of supportive roles in the field of dentistry and other practices. This Coached process is all about setting Practice Goals, then related Team Goals so that Individual Improvement Plans can be developed for and by each team member.

This is what creates Continuous Improvement within the Practice.
